Metaphoria Return & Refund Policy

Metaphoria items are made-to-order through our print-on-demand production partner. Because products are custom-produced after you order, we have a limited return/refund structure.

All Sales Are Final (Except for Quality Issues)

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Style/color preference

  • Delivery delays once the package is in the carrier’s hands

What We Do Cover (Reprint or Refund)

We will replace (reprint) your item or issue a refund if it arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Different from what you ordered (wrong item/variant)

Normal Variations (Not Defects)

Because items are printed to order, the following are considered normal and are not eligible for refund/return:

  • Slight color differences between screen and print

  • Minor print placement differences

  • Minor variations in garment texture/feel between production batches

Report a Problem (Required)

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a reprint or refund.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • Photo of the shipping label/packaging (recommended)

If approved, we will provide a free replacement or a refund at our discretion based on the issue.

Claim Conditions

We may refuse a replacement or refund if:

  • the item shows signs of wear, washing, damage from misuse, or alterations

  • the issue is reported after 14 days from delivery

  • photos provided do not clearly show the defect/damage

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.

  • Allow 3–10 business days after approval (varies by bank/provider)

  • Shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable unless the error is ours

Cancellations / Order Changes

Orders go into production quickly.

  • Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order.

  • Once production has started or the order has shipped, we cannot cancel, edit, or reroute it.

Wrong Address / Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or being unclaimed:

  • We can reship it (additional shipping may apply), or

  • Refund the order minus shipping/handling where applicable.

Lost in Transit

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us at metaphoriahouse@gmail.com and we’ll help determine next steps.

Returns Without Authorization

Do not mail items back unless we explicitly approve it in writing. Unapproved returns may not be processed.
